It basically guarantees that run is a success as long as any one room doesn't kill you, and amassing a tanky amount of health to assure one room never pushes you TOO much is pretty easy to do when you can retry any room that you take even slight damage in.ĮDIT: Maybe this synergy isn't well known, as I could only find one instance of a guy posting about it here a while back saying it made The Lost much easier to use. I look forward to getting this combo again in the future, it was great. It's also a good way to practice, as doing certain rooms / bosses OVER and OVER makes you quite adept at certain tasks. You literally become the god of time, able to rollback any room that didn't go desirably, even bosses. I went in that bitch with maximum hearts and killed the boss on the first try of the room with 3 hearts left. I would always get to It Lives / Mom's Heart and fail because I'd never have enough HP to assure the popcorn dude + Isaac's heart weren't pounded into the floor in the bullet hell. I'm sure people know about this one but the one room charge off of 9 volt allows using the glowing hourglass to redo literally ANY room you go to until you get that perfect no-damage clear / a viable clear, it is amazingly broken and it's the only reason I finally got through the stupid Guardian challenge which is one of the last I had left. Shoutout to the hourglass + 9 volt synergy. Ultra Greedier got some shit coming for him. 3 million percent!! (Nintendo Switch, 845 hours). Also had coins turn into soul and black hearts and getting more gives you gold heart. Mine was pretty much broke cause I had iv bag and was able to use it over and over again. Gotta say, longest/most awesome/funniest experience Ive had in the game. the final run I beat Ultra hard with! Im so happy right now!. took my around about 500 runs over the past week or 2 but I finally got him. 2 dead cats, Guppy, Sacred Heart,35 Damage. I dare you to beat floor I faster than this.
